Taking Over The “Self” was an installation show put up in Studio Mustanapa, Rovaniemi, Finland in February 2020. The installation included drawings, moldings and movement documentation produced as a part of my daily drawing practice, browsing history, objects of desire as well as portrait drawings pointing in the direction of mindfulness practices aiming to realizations on abundance.
Central concepts: determinism, free will, consciousness/ inconsciousness of human/ animal/ natural forces, capitalism, digitalization, practice.
