Authentic Stilness (2019)

20 -minute video work describing the daily authentic movement practices. These practices were enacted as a part of the daily meditation sessions. The aim was to find out wether it is possible to stay in a focused state while giving the body a possibility of movement - or is movement always a sign of being out of focus?

In this video I edited in the parts where my body can be seen to stay at least somewhat still.
